A newly built house of 80 m2 is built on a plot of 1 acre, only 80 meters walking distance from the famous beach of Kalamaki
consisting of 2 bedrooms (each bedroom has 1 double bed), 2 bathrooms (one bathroom is inside the master bedroom), a fully equipped
kitchen area with a living room, a furnished terrace, and a garden.

In a very close distance you will find Mini Market, restaurant, Coffee Bars, tourist shops etc

Kalamaki is located in the southern part of Zakynthos and is known for its huge sandy beach with warm, crystal clear shallow waters,
which is a part of Laganas Bay. The beach is also protected by Greek legislation, as one of the places where the endangered
Loggerhead turtle lays its eggs. For this reason Kalamaki beach is a part of the National Maritime Park of Zakynthos.
The area is ideal for both couples and families as it is pretty close to Zakynthos Town at the same time it’s a quiet resort with all the
amenities.

Traditional cafes and restaurants cover the coastal road, while the surrounding area offers all the facilities to make your holidays
unforgettable. Local markets offer anything you may need.

Zakynthos is one of the most easy-accessible islands from the mainland of Greece.

Zakynthos hosts “Dionysios Solomos” International Airport with direct flights from Athens, other Ionian Islands and many European countries.

By ferry it is connected to the port of Kyllini on the mainland of Greece (15 nautical miles, 280 km from Athens). The modern ferries provide frequent daily schedules and it has a travelling duration of approximately 1 hour.

During the summer season there is a daily ferry connection to Kefalonia and to the Italian port of Brindisi as well.

There are also frequent bus schedules to Zakynthos, departing from central stations in Athens, Patras and Thessaloniki.
